Initiate Your Request
Log into your BNAH account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
